I had not worked with micro cement yet, but I had a great call with an installer and they gave me advice on colours and ways to achieve what I was after. Also the videos helped. And the service was great. I’ll be back.

did not have time to receive a sample colour but Customer Service were very helpful in helping me to choose blind and I loved it! Was exactly what I was looking for. I added a tub of crystals to the microcement for one of the walls which worked well. All in all a very pleasant experience from customer service to ordering and delivery was next day. A lovely product to use instead of tiles. Expensive but worth it. I would definitely consider using this product again.

The products amazing and the customer service is brilliant.i had purchased the wrong kit but the were amazing at swapping and sorting me out.the only down side is the kit was too big for the average over bath tiles area and the timings are a lot longer than I first thought but im so happy with the out come no more horrible grout marks

I’ve done quite a few jobs now over the past four years and can’t fault it. There’s a product for every need! It’s easy to apply once you get the hang of it and anything that you’re not sure about relentless are there to advise you. The only problem you’ll have is deciding which colour to choose !

I opted for the waterproof render products for a shower enclosure upgrade. I have a trade background but have not worked on the tools since the 90’s ! The guidance videos are excellent and the finish I managed to achieve meets our needs.

Never used this product before and I must say it’s fantastic. I had to ask a question and got a phone cal and that was sorted. I ordered some samples which was easy and I must say you definitely need samples as it gives you a great idea of colour. The micro cement it’s self Is amazing and there’s no need to rush. Don’t worry about any bumps or lumps as this is easy sanded out. Just follow there video and do exactly as they say.
